LogicaCMG, the merged Anglo-Dutch technology and mobile telecommunications consultancy, has hired Oscar Boesenach as managing director and international head of outsourcing services.

Boesenach joins after two years with Accenture, the consultancy firm, where he was responsible for outsourcing in the Netherlands. Prior to that he was with IBM for 19 years, and recently responsible for the strategic outsourcing business.
