Lombard Odier has beefed up its fixed interest activities with the appointment of Paul Osborne as head of UK institutional and fixed interest marketing and client servicing in London.

Osborne joins Lombard from UK-based West LB Asset Management, where he was director of marketing. His move sees him reunited with David Boardman, who joined as Lombard's head of fixed income from West AM last August. Boardman took the job after less than a year as global fixed income chief at West AM following the departure of Paul Abberley to ABN Amro.
