London and Oxford Group, the London-based merchant banking and consultancy boutique, has recruited Dimitrios Hatzis to run its international public to private partnerships and outsourcing business.

For two and a half years until last December, Hatzis had been director of strategy and planning in the UK Department of Health's commercial directorate.
