The London Stock Exchange Group is reportedly close to appointing the chair of Experian to replace Donald Brydon in the same position next year, filling one of the biggest jobs in the City.
Confirmation would continue a series of leadership changes at the LSE since a bruising clash with Sir Christopher Hohn’s TCI Fund Management over the departure of former chief executive Xavier Rolet last year. Former Goldman Sachs partner David Schwimmer replaced Rolet as CEO in August this year.
