The London Stock Exchange has confirmed plans to launch a new market for trading unlisted company shares later this year, featuring price ranges and limits on short selling.

London’s flagship bourse is by far the biggest name planning to operate a market under the government’s Private Intermittent Securities and Capital Exchange System scheme.
