Almost half of employees at venture capital funds in London say their companies are doing nothing to correct the under-representation of women and ethnic minorities in the industry, a new report suggests.

The study, by pressure group Diversity VC, found that two-fifths of companies had no policies for flexible working, and many only offer the legal minimum periods for parental leave.
