UK-based LongAcre Partners, the corporate finance house founded last year by law firm Olswang, has done its first deal and arranged a private placement for Monkey Kingdom, a UK production company for television and the web.

Monkey, which was founded by David Granger, formerly head of television at Ginger Television, and Will Macdonald, creative director of Ginger, has a co-ordinated web and television strategy.
