Asset manager Loomis Sayles & Company has added staff for its emerging market debt investment capabilities. Peter Frick has been named as EMD portfolio manager alongside co-managers Edgardo Sternberg and Dave Rolley. Frick previously covered EMD and global bonds. He will be replaced in that role by Hank Lynch. Elisabeth Colleran has joined the EMD product team full time as an EM credit strategist. She was previously a senior analyst on the credit research team. The firm has also added staff to its credit research, trading, and product management teams. Matt Welch, previously in technology credit research, will focus solely on EM credit research. Li Ping Yeo has been hired in Singapore as a senior credit analyst responsible for covering Asian credits, and Lynn Parker will be a full-time EM markets strategist and trader.
