Heritage Capital UK, the newly formed merchant bank that has Lord Magan of Castletown as its chairman, has named a former Credit Suisse banker as its head of European advisory.

Angus Kerr, a former managing director at the Swiss investment bank who has worked closely with banking scion Nat Rothschild, joins the firm in London with immediate effect.
