The £2.4bn (€3.5bn) Lothian Pension Fund, which looks after the pension assets of about 64,000 public sector employees in Scotland, has hired three managers for an £800m active currency overlay programme.

Currency-specialist managers AG Bisset and Record Currency Management, and JP Morgan Asset Management, will manage the programme between them.
