The London Stock Exchange and its merger partner Borsa Italiana have finalised their operational top team, two and a half months after revealing the board set-up of their newly combined group.
Martin Graham, the LSE's director of markets who oversees its derivatives business as well as junior UK stock market Aim, will run equity markets for the parent company of the combined group, while the LSE's chief information officer David Lester will become head of information services when the new organisational structure comes into force in the New Year.
