Lycos Europe, the internet services firm, is to secure a listing in Paris via its acquisition of MultiMania, a similar French internet company.

Lycos Europe, which is already listed on the Neuer Markt, Frankfurt's high-growth market, said that it would be buying MultiMania, based in Paris, for €222m ($187.22m), in an all-share acquisition.
