Australian bank Macquarie Capital has hired the founders of Cenkos Securities’ natural resources and energy team to its oil and gas division in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Jon Fitzpatrick joins Macquarie in London as a senior managing director, head of oil and gas for Emea, according to a statement from the bank today.
