Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has suspended its latest quarterly partner distribution, as well as pay reviews and bonuses, as it adapts to the disruption caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

For the three months to April, the law firm will not be handing out payouts to partners and it has put a freeze on pay rises for its lawyers. It has also delayed a decision on bonuses until later in the year.
