Man Group chief executive Luke Ellis says City firms will need to change their attitudes if they want to hire more diverse staff.

“If you start by not saying what school did you go to, but try to look at an individual’s capabilities, achievements, and so on, I think it is easier to hire at the graduate level in a truly diverse way,” Ellis told Bloomberg’s In The City podcast.
