UK alternatives manager Man Group has named Andrew Horton as a non-executive director. He has over 25 years' of financial services experience and is currently chief executive of insurer Beazley. Patrick O'Sullivan, who has served as a non-executive director for six years, will step down from the board. During that time he was a chairman of the audit and risk committee and more recently a senior independent director. He will be succeeded in the latter role by Phillip Colebatch, who has been a non-executive director for six years and chairman of the remuneration committee since 2008.
