The publicity-shy Mantegazza family, the Swiss billionaires who own charter specialist Monarch Airlines, are likely to be making more profit from Lastminute.com's operations than its founders Martha Lane Fox and Brent Hoberman.
Lastminute.com sells lots of seats for other airlines, including Virgin, British Midland, British Airways and KLM, but does no business at all with Monarch.
