Operating chief exits State Street trading arm

The chief operating officer for the UK and Emea at State Street Global Markets has left after two years in the role and will not be directly replaced

A chief operating officer at State Street Global Markets, the investment research and trading arm at the US custody bank, has left the firm and will not be directly replaced, Financial News has learnt.

A spokeswoman for State Street confirmed that Marshall Bailey, chief operating officer for the UK and Europe, the Middle East and Africa, had left his role. She declined to comment further on the departure.
