Matrix has boosted its Asian team with two key sector specialist hires. Ian Smith and David Naughtin both join as analysts from Nevsky Capital. At Nevsky, Smith worked as an analyst covering Asia and Latin American financials while Naughtin was most recently a fund manger in the Asian team.
