Mayer Brown Rowe and Maw has beefed up its Paris office with a team of five corporate lawyers from SG Archibald, a French member of the Arthur Andersen legal network.

The team is headed up by Xavier Jaspar, a merger and acquisitions specialist who joins as partner. It also includes Natalie Perreau and Alexis Dargent, who have joined Mayer Brown as counsel and senior associate respectively, as well as Emily Pennec and Caroline Ackermann, who join as associates.
