Mayfair Capital Investment Management, a London property investment manager, has hired an investment director and head of transactions.

Ned Pumphrey joins Mayfair Capital today with 24 years of commercial property experience. He will chair the firm's internal investment committee and act across the UK for buying, selling and providing strategic stock selection for the funds and advisory mandates managed by Mayfair Capital.
