Medisys, the UK medical safety and diagnostics group, has replaced its financial adviser, Nomura, with Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein.

Nomura used to be sole financial adviser and stockbroker to Medisys, but now the bank is joint stockbroker with DrKW, and is no longer financial adviser.
