A flurry of memos heralded another round of big changes at Credit Suisse's investment bank this week – including new European co-heads of its investment banking and capital markets business, as well as a new executive chairman for that division.

Marisa Drew and Mark Echlin, who have together led the business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa since 2014, have taken new roles. Drew will lead a new impact advisory and finance department, while Echlin will chair the UK investment banking and capital markets business.
