Rothschild banker Crispin Wright, who was today named the new head of the Takeover Panel, is one of the UK’s most experienced financial advisers and will bring substantial dealmaking expertise to the role.
Wright, a managing director in global financial advisory, will take a two-year secondment from Rothschild when he starts on July 1. He replaces Philip Robert-Tissot, the former chairman of Europe, the Middle East and Africa M&A at Citigroup.
