Some of the UK's top fund management houses are employing executive coaches in an effort to get more out of their investment and sales staff.

Fund managers that have taken part in such programmes include Fidelity, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse and Scottish Widows.
