A data platform set up by a former investment banker to assign individual dealmakers credit for transactions has been acquired by M&A technology firm Datasite.
MergerLinks, which provides data on dealmakers' work and allows bankers to connect with one another, has signed a deal to be taken over by ‘software as a service’ firm Datasite, executives told Financial News.
