Merrill and UBS benefit from Old Mutual relationship

Merrill Lynch and UBS Warburg completed a £250m (€325m) accelerated sale in Old Mutual after working together on a convertible bond for the UK-listed financial services company last year.

Merrill was the global co-ordinator and joint bookrunner. UBS was a joint bookrunner and Lehman Brothers was co-manager.
