Electronic brokerage has finally taken off in the UK, according to recent research by Datamonitor.

Research company Datamonitor suggests that there will be more than 7.5 million online share trading accounts across Europe by 2002 and expenditure on electronic delivery methods will grow from the current $71m to $149m in 2004.
