Kelly Tran is head of UK institutional sales at MFS Investment Management. She is an ambassador for Reboot, a non-profit focused on ethnic diversity in financial services and co-founder of the #Fishoutofwater campaign. She co-chairs the race and ethnicity workstream at the Diversity Project. Here, she tells Financial News about her experience of working in the asset management sector as a Vietnamese woman.
