M&G’s finance chief joins former boss at Fidelity

Grant Speirs, who was at M&G for more than a decade, has left after the firm combined its finance departments

Grant Speirs, chief financial officer at M&G Investments, has left the company to join rival Fidelity International. He follows in the footsteps of Anne Richards, the M&G chief executive who quit to run Fidelity last year.

Speirs, who was at M&G for more than a decade, left the company at the end of January. An M&G spokeswoman confirmed his departure, adding that he left “with our best wishes”.
