Michael Gove on Friday hit out at the City as he sought to position himself as the candidate for change in the Conservative leadership contest that will decide the next prime minister.

Gove said Friday that the best person to replace the departing Prime Minister David Cameron and lead Britain's withdrawal from the EU was someone who had campaigned for exit, vowing that the government couldn't meet this "historic moment" with "timidity and caution".
