Brothers Michael and Yoel Zaoui, two of the most successful investment bankers of the past decade, have founded a new company called Zaoui Capital.

The new firm, registered at Companies House last month, lists the two as directors. The section entitled "Nature of Business" in the Companies House registration document was left blank. The firm is registered at the London offices of Schulte, Roth & Zabel, a US law firm that focuses on investment management and banking.
