Michael Zaoui is one of the most successful mergers and acquisitions bankers of his generation and in the last ten years has worked on deals worth over â¬300bn ($462bn), according to Mergermarket.
Zaoui largest mandates for Morgan Stanley have came from the French market, advising pharmaceutical company Aventis on its â¬57.7bn takeover by Sanofi in 2004 and Société Générale on BNP Paribasâ failed â¬18.6m attempt to buy the banking group in 1999.
