The Omani billionaire behind a Dubai-based property developer is planning regular trips to the UK to line up bankers for listing his company on the London Stock Exchange.
Sobha Realty, which develops apartments and villas in the United Arab Emirates and also has offices in India, is opening a London outlet in Mayfair, in a Park Lane building that was formerly the headquarters of Foxtons, the estate agency.
