Millenium Associates, the newly founded Swiss company, has picked Ray Soudah as chairman and managing partner.

Soudah joins the independent corporate finance solutions and services firm from UBS Warburg, where he was a managing director in charge of the global acquisition effort in wealth management. Soudah's previous role will be integrated into other UBS Warburg activities.
