MilleniumAssociates, the independent global asset management mergers and acquisitions adviser, is adding muscle to its international capability by appointing four key people to its advisory board.

The new advisory board members are: Higinio Bartolomé Pardo, president of Spanish M&A boutique Strategic Services Herve de Carmoy, managing director of French private equity firm Rhône Group Mike Giles, former head of private banking at Merrill Lynch in London and Claus Helbig, who has been on the boards of several German financial institutions including Munich Re.
