Millwall FC heads off AIM

Currently sitting mid-table in the Championship, Millwall FC has decided that being a listed company isn't worth the money

Millwall, the listed football club, has decided that trading on a public stock exchange is too expensive, and has decided to cease trading on the AIM stock exchange.

In a statement today, Millwall Holdings said "Having undertaken a review of both the advantages and disadvantages… trading on AIM, the directors have concluded that a proposal to cancel the admission should be made to shareholders in an extraordinary general meeting."
