Minster Trust to wind down after bid talks fail

Minster Trust, one of the oldest firms in the City of London, is set to be wound down by its parent Groupama, the French insurance group.

Groupama had hoped to sell the embattled investment company, but talks with its latest suitor, Hastings Insurance, have broken down.
