Mizuho International, the London-based securities and investment banking subsidiary of Japan's Mizuho Financial Group, has recruited Mark Fisher as head of client-related business in its debt markets team.

The hire marks Fisher's return to the capital markets arena after leaving ING in July last year. Fisher worked at the Dutch bank for 10 years and was most recently global head of foreign exchange, money markets and derivatives. He also worked as head of ING's financial markets business in the UK.
