Mizuho makes raft of trading appointments

Mizuho International has made a number of appointments in its fixed income trading and research team. In fixed income trading, David Ramsney will join at the end of May as director, rates trading (core Europe), from Santander where he was head of European government bond trading; Graham Hawes, who has previously worked at Nomura and Commerzbank, joined earlier this month as director, credit trading (financials); Brian Jensen will join in June as director, credit trading (telecommunications, media and technology), from Cantor Fitzgerald. In fixed income research, Michael Ridley, who previously worked at Citigroup, joined earlier this month as director, credit research covering higher beta utilities, oil & gas, metals and miners & industrials.
