Jonathan Kaye, the Moelis dealmaker who was placed on leave after he was filmed punching a woman in New York earlier in June, has resigned from the boutique bank.

Kaye, who ran global business services investment banking at Moelis, has stepped down from the bank after the video posted on social media amassed millions of views.
