Equity manager Christopher Jeffrey has been snapped up by financial services company Monument Securities hard on the heels of his departure from fund manager Lombard Odier two months ago.

Jeffrey will work with Monument's chief investment officer Grant Cullens at its new long/short European equities Marcellus Fund, which started operations at the end of last year.
