Anglo American has been given a negative outlook by credit ratings agency MoodyâÂÂs Investors Service after the metals and mining company said it was delaying the sale of its UK roadbuilding business Tarmac.
Moodyâs said it was changing the outlook on Anglo American debt from stable to negative as the postponement of the Tarmac sale would lead to a âmarked increaseâ in the companyâs indebtedness.
