Dresdner Bank, which is set to announce the spin-off of its investment banking business this week, has wielded the axe to three more senior executives following the failed merger with Deutsche.
Dresdner today confirmed the resignation of Gerd Häusler, chairman of Dresdner Kleinwort Benson's management board. He leaves for 'personal reasons' and will be replaced by Leonhard Fischer, currently asset management chief at Dresdner.
