The Rose Partnership, a leading financial services search boutique, has hired banker Alyce Wright as a headhunter for its capital markets team.

Wright moves from Morgan Stanley, where she was an executive director and head of corporate derivatives coverage. She specialised in structuring, marketing and executing interest rate derivative transactions for debt capital markets clients. Prior to Morgan Stanley she was at Goldman Sachs.
