Morgan Stanley will look at moving its European headquarters outside of London should the UK vote to leave the European Union, Colm Kelleher, the president of the US bank said on June 22.

Kelleher, speaking in a Bloomberg TV interview, said that a potential UK exit from the European Union will be one of the most consequential post-war events to occur, which will have profound effects on the bloc.
