Two London-based members of Morgan Stanley's investment banking division are among those to have been handed the title of managing director in this year's annual round of promotions – the same number as those at its offices in Menlo Park, California.

The US bank took to Twitter last Thursday to congratulate its 153 new managing directors but, as yet, the full list has not been published.
