Morgan Stanley leads CME offer

Morgan Stanley has won the mandate to lead a secondary offering from the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) just months after the bank led the flotation of the futures and options exchange with UBS Warburg.

Morgan Stanley will act as the bookrunning manager for the offering with UBS Warburg as joint lead manager. Citigroup, JP Morgan and William Blair & Company will act as co-managing underwriters.
