Scottish Power, the UK utility with a market capitalisation of £7.5bn (€10.8bn), has appointed Morgan Stanley as joint corporate broker in the bank's third FTSE 100 client win this year.

Morgan Stanley has replaced HSBC as joint broker alongside UBS, which has retained its existing role.
