Morgan Stanley picks up €20bn of deals in a week

Morgan Stanley has advised on four deals worth a combined €20bn ($25bn) in the last three days, including yesterday's sale of London City Airport for £750m (€1.1bn).

The airport was bought yesterday by a consortium led by US insurer AIG, which also included financial services firm GE Capital and Credit Suisse. It was the first purchase made by the Swiss investment bank's $1bn (€797m) infrastructure fund.
